Why do Pilates?
Pilates is not only fun but is proven to strengthen core muscles, improving muscle control, flexibility, strength and tone.

Pilates is known to relief the symptoms of:
• Neck or back pain
• Work-related injury or strain
• Post-operative conditions
• Injury resulting from accidents
• Incontinence

Group classes:

  • Tuesdays: 18.30 pm
  • Lunchtime Classes: TBC

Discount Prices:

  • Group classes:  £18 or a 6 week course at a discounted price of £97.20 (Group size approx.7-12 people)
  • Private classes: £50 or 10 classes for just  £450
  •  Shared private class for 2 people for £25 each
